October 2018 Educator Open House in the Galleries

Join fellow Museum Members on the first Sunday of every month for special Members-only tours of our galleries, special exhibitions, and historic neighborhood.

On Sunday, Oct. 1, at 9:30 a.m., new Museum Members are invited to join a Museum educator for a 60-minute guided tour of the core exhibit galleries. The tour highlights objects and hearing about how the diverse groups of people living in North America experienced the American Revolution, including Loyalists, Hessians, free and enslaved people of African descent, women at home and at war, and other Revolutionaries. During your tour, you will explore the American Revolution from its beginnings in the 1760s and trace its ongoing story.
