The Museum’s newest special exhibit, Liberty: Don Troiani’s Paintings of the Revolutionary Waris going virtual! This 360-degree virtual tour combines the dramatic and research-based works of Don Troiani with historical objects to help us envision what the Revolutionary War looked like. Teachers participating in this free workshop will join Museum educators as we show you how to use the virtual tour of this exhibit to immerse your students in the American Revolution while also learning about his research-based artistic process. Together we’ll explore how this virtual tour can be deployed in the classroom to help students see the Revolution like never before alongside lessons about how primary sources inform historian’s understanding of historical events.
