Play Our "Join The Army" Card Game

What kind of Revolutionary War adventure will you choose? In this game inspired by the Museum's galleries, you'll face the decisions of a Continental soldier — like choose whether or not to enlist, roll the dice to see if you stay at or leave from your winter encampment, and more to see if you can make it through the Revolutionary War. Along the way, meet people like Joseph Plumb Martin, whose Memoir of a Revolutionary Soldier gave us one of the most detailed looks into how the Revolutionary War impacted the soldiers themselves.

The Museum's Join the Army card game is available for PDF download. The cards are designed to be printed double-sided: the front side offers you a question and the back side tells you the results. However, scrolling page-by-page through the PDF can work just as well. Can you survive the dangers of the Revolutionary War?
