Troubleshooting Images not showing up on the offline version of the Timeline
If images are not displaying on the Timeline, please ensure that you are connected to the internet and follow the steps below.
- Navigate to the Timeline offline version.
- Once you have the Timeline open, please go to the </> Settings menu located at the upper right corner or within the dropdown menu.
- Select </> Settings and then select Check Images.
- Once it has completed checking for images, select Refresh Images. This might take a minute, but it will let you know when it is complete.
- Close out the </> Settings menu and continue to use the Timeline.
