Virtual Events and Programs Will Continue As Scheduled

The Museum of the American Revolution is now temporarily closed to the public through January 1, 2021, in accordance with new guidelines from the City of Philadelphia to reduce the spread of COVID-19. All scheduled onsite programs and events during this time will be cancelled or postponed. The Museum will reopen when City restrictions are lifted.

The Museum is committed to providing a safe environment for our visitors, staff, and community and will continue to follow guidance from the Centers for Disease Control (CDC), the World Health Organization (WHO), and local and state health organizations. For updates, visit here.

Free Virtual Offerings

The Museum will continue to offer an abundance of free digital resources for all ages, including a recently enhanced Virtual Museum Tour, Virtual Field Trip, archive of Read the Revolution book excerpts and livestreams, comprehensive lesson plans, make-at-home crafts and other activities for families, a digitized collection of the Museum's art and artifacts, and more.
