American Revolution Center and The College of Physicians of Philadelphia Present Lecture on Benjamin Rush

PHILADELPHIA – November 30, 2010 – On Tuesday, November 30, The American Revolution Center and The College of Physicians of Philadelphia are co-sponsoring a lecture to be held at The College of Physicians of Philadelphia, exploring the life of Benjamin Rush. Dr. William Durden, Ph.D., President of Dickinson College, will be the guest speaker. The lecture is supported by a grant from the Richard Lounsbery Foundation.

About The Museum of the American Revolution:

The Museum of the American Revolution will tell the complete story of the American Revolution using its distinguished collection of objects, artifacts, artwork, and manuscripts. Permanent and special exhibition galleries, theaters, and large-scale tableaux will bring to life the original “greatest generation,” and engage people in the history and continuing relevance of the American Revolution.
