Remembering Harold Burson

We mourn the loss of Harold Burson, who served on our Board of Directors from 2009-2019 when he was named a Trustee Emeritus. He believed in the mission of this Museum from the very beginning and played an indispensable role in its founding. His generous contributions were vital to establishing the Museum. A World War II veteran, Harold loved his country and was committed to ensuring that the promise of the American Revolution endures. We are grateful for his dedication, leadership, and generosity. We extend our deepest sympathies to his friends and family.
