Revolution at the Library: Fishtown Community Library

Go behind the scenes with Museum staff to discover cool artifacts from the past and hear the exciting stories they can tell. In this workshop, we will learn about archaeology and the thousands of objects we discovered under the museum—in an 18th-century toilet! Find out what these objects reveal about the people who once lived in our Revolutionary neighborhood.

Aimed at elementary school students and their families, Revolution at the Library features fun and curiosity-provoking object-, document-, and story-based activities that bring the people and events of the American Revolution to life.
