On July 4, 2026, the Declaration of Independence will celebrate 250 years! But what exactly is this special document that we honor each year on its birthday? Come along with a Museum educator to discover what the Declaration is, why it was created, and why the important ideas inside it mattered in 1776—and still do today—through engaging, hands-on activities.
