Apple and Google Wallet Troubleshooting v2
Thank you for supporting the Museum of the American Revolution. You can access your tickets or membership with Apple Wallet or Google Wallet. Follow the instructions below to add your purchase to your Apple Wallet or Google Wallet on your mobile device.
Downloading Tickets to Apple Wallet
There are two ways to download your Apple Wallet ticket on your mobile device: from the order confirmation web page or your order confirmation email.
Step 1: Once you have made your purchase on your mobile device, you will see an order confirmation page. Select the View Your Tickets button on this page.
Step 2: Select the Add to Apple Wallet button, and it will open a window that will show the Apple Wallet ticket.
Step 3: Select the Add button in the upper right-hand corner.
Step 4: To view your ticket on your mobile device, open your Wallet app and select your ticket. (You may need to scroll down to find it.) At the Museum, our staff can scan this ticket right from your mobile device. Enjoy your visit!

Downloading Your Membership to Apple Wallet - New Members
There are two ways to download a new membership to Apple Wallet on your mobile device: from the order confirmation web page or your order confirmation email.
Step 1: Once you have made your purchase on your mobile device, you will see an order confirmation page. Select the View Your Tickets button on this page.
Step 2: Select the Add to Apple Wallet button, and it will open a window that will show the Apple Wallet membership.
Step 3: Select the Add button in the upper right-hand corner.
Step 4: To view your membership on your mobile device, open your Wallet app and select your membership. (You may need to scroll down to find it.) At the Museum, our staff can scan this right from your mobile device. Enjoy your visit!

Downloading Your Membership to Apple Wallet - Current Members
You will need your Member ID number to add your membership to your Apple Wallet. Your Member ID can be found on your physical membership card and member emails. You can also reach out to the Membership office at [email protected] or 267.579.3565.
Step 1: On your mobile device, go to this page, and enter your Member ID and last name. Click the Lookup Membership button.
Step 2: You will see a web page with your membership information listed. Select Add to Apple Wallet.
Step 3: Select the Add button in the upper right-hand corner.
Step 4: To view your membership on your mobile device, open your Wallet app and select your membership. (You may need to scroll down to find it.) At the Museum, our staff can scan this right from your mobile device. Enjoy your visit!
