Trinity College, Cambridge University

Richard Mansergh St. George’s wealth and social position afforded him the opportunity to study at Trinity College, Cambridge, in England (above). St. George went to school when new ideas about human reason and individualism (the Enlightenment) flooded European academia. His courses probably included the study of Latin, Greek, law, history, science, and mathematics.
