The Museum of the American Revolution has earned the Certified Autism Center™ (CAC) designation, granted by the International Board of Credentialing and Continuing Education Standards (IBCCES).

The Museum offers a six-week intensive summer course for young adults interested in interpreting the lives of people of African ancestry in the Revolutionary era.

In Hamilton Was Here: Rising Up in Revolutionary Philadelphia, the Museum of the American Revolution will highlight the surprising connections between our own city and Hamilton’s extraordinary contributions to the nation’s founding. The experience will run from Oct. 27, 2018 – March 17, 2019. It is free with regular museum admission.

June 21 marks the official start of summer, and the Museum of the American Revolution is celebrating by announcing extended hours, special programs, a happy hour series and family fun all summer long. From June 17 – Sept. 4, the Museum will feature extended summertime hours from 9:30 a.m. – 6 p.m. For the month of July, hours will be extended even further until 7pm. After Labor Day, Museum hours will return to 10 a.m. – 5 p.m.
