Museum Selects Food Service & Retail Providers

PHILADELPHIA– January 14, 2016 – Michael C. Quinn, President and CEO of the Museum of the American Revolution today announced that Brûlée Catering was selected to provide food service for its café and catering facilities and Event Network was selected to operate the Museum’s gift shop. The Museum will open in spring 2017.  Quinn said, “Quality food service and engaging retail are two critical visitor amenities in the museum experience. Qubein Appointed to National Leadership Council for Museum of the American Revolution
