Member Morning: Revolution Place Guided Tour

Join fellow Museum Members for special Members-only tours of our galleries, special exhibitions, and historic neighborhood. 

On Sunday, Sept. 8, at 9:30 a.m., Museum Members are invited to join a Museum educator for a 45-minute guided tour of Revolution Place, our family-friendly discovery center located on the Museum’s lower level. Revolution Place brings our historic Old City neighborhood to life with interactive touchscreens, reproduction objects, and plenty of opportunities for hands-on learning. During this tour designed for grown-ups, you’ll explore four recreated historical environments — a military encampment, a home, a tavern, and an 18th-century meeting house — and hear more about the research, theory, and technology that went into creating this immersive space.  

This tour is designed for adults, parents, and guardians. We kindly ask for no children on this tour.
