Occupied Philadelphia Event Credit Moar

Join fellow Museum Members on the first Sunday of every month for special Members-only tours of our galleries, special exhibitions, and historic neighborhood.

On Sunday, Nov. 3, at 9:30 a.m., Museum Members are invited to join Meg Bowersox, Manager of Gallery Interpretation, for an exclusive behind-the-scenes look at our flagship living history event, Occupied Philadelphia. Why does the Museum of the American Revolution commemorate the British occupation of Philadelphia? What was life like for those who stayed in the British-occupied city? How does the Museum get dozens of costumed interpreters to participate in the event? Have all these questions and more answered in this lively 30-minute lecture — and be sure to see it all come together at Occupied Philadelphia the following weekend, Nov. 9-10!

Our monthly Member Mornings are free for Museum Members to attend with advance registration. Not yet a Museum Member? Become a member today.
