Pups on the Plaza: Walking Tour and Yappy Hour

November 3, 2018 - 11:00 am to 4:00 pm
Cross Keys Cafe and Declaration of Independence Plaza

In Partnership with Young Friends of Independence Historical Trust

What do a bald eagle, a squirrel, and a lot of dogs have to do with each other?  Find out when you join the Young Friends of Independence Historical Trust for a walking tour that is all about the furry (and feathered) friends of the Founding Generation.

Since this tour is all about the animals of Founders, we encourage and welcome all friendly, leashed dogs to join the walking tour.  We are offering two tours for the day and the tours will begin and end at the Plaza at the Museum of the American Revolution.  In between tours, join our friends at the Museum of the American Revolution for a Yappy Hour which your dog will enjoy too!  Special Drink prices will be available and for those who sign up for the walking tour, your first drink is on us!

Stop by a table where Opportunity Barks, a dog training studio in Old City, will be sharing information about their classes, workshops, and upcoming programs.

Information:

Tour One: 11 am to 12 pm $10 a per person with one free drink ticket

Tour Two: 3 pm to 4 pm $10 a per person with one free drink ticket

Pups on the Plaza: 12 to 3 pm Free to attend

The rain date for this event is Saturday, November 3.
